Happy Monday!

The October Count Window ends this week (October 10). Please help us ensure all our students are accurately counted by continuing to have your student log in to all of their classes these last few days! We truly appreciate all of our students’ and parents’ cooperation during this October Count!

Fall Conferences are this Thursday and we hope to see you there! You’ll also get to see the results of our Flip this School project, a student and staff lead effort to redesign the interior of our school. Be sure to stop in and see the new look. You’ll be amazed at the transformation.

October 1, 2018:

Happy Monday—the first day of October!

The October Count Window continues this week and Wednesday, October 3 is the official count day!  It is vitally important that all JVA students log in every school day during the count window and submit work. October 3rd is the official count day so we will be tracking and contacting all students who have not logged in and done work on this day.

We know that this is different than our new, flexible attendance procedure that allows students to work on days that best fit their schedules each week, but it only applies during October Count. Students must log in every school day during the count window and submit work.

Change #2:  Our Community Liaisons are now assigned to programs rather than splitting by alphabet. Now your JVA team is complete! Please see the Otter News for specifics.
