Hello JVA students and families.

As you know, every year on or about October 1st, the state uses attendance to determine funding for schools.  This year Friday, October 1st is the count day.  The state will be determining our funding based on attendance on this day.  For online schools, students must submit work on October 1st to be counted and not just log in.  Please watch the short video below for an explanation of the process and the importance of this once-a-year event.  Thank you!
