We will be conducting vision and hearing screening on February 3rd from 9 am to 12 pm here at Irwin--1505 S. Pierson St. in Lakewood.  Students in grades 7 and 9 must OPT IN to have this screening completed.  If you are interested in having your student attend the screening, please complete the Google Form below NO LATER than 3 pm on Friday, January 14th.  Our district nursing team needs this information to schedule the needed staff based on attendance.
