Colorado Crisis Services offers mental health, substance use or emotional help for yourself or someone you know.  They provide confidential and immediate support.  Call 1-844-493-8255 or text TALK to 38255 to speak to a trained professional.

Jefferson Center for Mental Health: https://www.jcmh.org/

Jefferson Center for Mental Health is a private, nonprofit community mental health center serving Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin counties. They have a variety of programs for people of all ages which offer tips, classes and resources on various mental health topics.

Judi's House: Hope and Healing for Grieving Chlidren: https://www.judishouse.org  

Judi’s House is the only free-standing organization in the Metro Denver area devoted solely to providing research-based care to grieving children and their families.

KidsHealth: http://kidshealth.org/

KidsHealth has information about kids and teens that's free of "doctor speak”.  Topics include health, behavior, and development from before birth through the teen years.
