Make Your Voice Heard Survey

Survey Window is February 11th until February 22nd

Student Voice

This survey is for full-time and part-time students.  We want your feedback on your experience at JVA! 

  1. Go to this web address: https://jeffcosurvey.jeffco.k12.co.us/Login.aspx
  2. Log on with their ID and password, which are not case sensitive. ID: VA + student number – e.g., VA1234567 & Password: 8-digit birthday in MMDDYYYY format – e.g., 12012005
  3. For the English version: click on the ‘Start’ button to proceed or, for the Spanish version, click on the ‘Español’ button in the upper-right corner, and then ‘Comenzar’ to proceed.
  4. The ‘Previous’ (‘Anterior’) and ‘Next’ (‘Siguiente’) buttons at the bottom of each page will be used to go to the next set of items or to go back to the previous set of items.
  5. The final page will have a ‘Submit’ (‘Enviar Encuesta’) button to end their survey


The Make Your Voice Heard student survey gives you a chance to tell your principal and teachers what you think about your school. The survey is voluntary and you can stop at any time. It is not a test so there are no right or wrong answers. It is important that you are honest because results from this survey are taken very seriously by the principal, teachers, and the school district. Your individual responses will not be reported to anyone so they are confidential. The only exception is if your parent requests your answers. Your individual answers will be rolled up into categories and the average of the categories may be shared with school staff. Finally, open-ended responses will be scanned by district staff for comments about harm to yourself or others. In this case, the school is required to follow up with you.
