Hello JVA Students and Families -

Jeffco Virtual Academy, along with all other schools in Jeffco, is now a part of the Enroll Jeffco system for enrollment.  Students and families will no longer apply on our web site for part time or full time enrollment.  All families will apply to JVA through the Enroll Jeffco System.

All students, full time and part time, who wish to return to JVA for the 2022-2023 school year must select JVA in Enroll Jeffco.  We are excited to have you back next year!  Every year our seats reach capacity, so applying sooner than later helps you secure the classes you want and need.

• Choosing your school early is great, not only because you can cross it off your to-do list, but it also helps our District prepare for next year’s staffing, budget, student resources, and much more. Let us know if you’re coming back next year!

**New Families**
MUST PROMPTLY COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS AFTER APPLYING:

After applications are received & reviewed - 

 All New Students Complete Intro to JVA Tutorial
 Full-Time Applicants Attend Online Enrollment Meeting

Only once families complete the above steps will an offer be sent thru Enroll Jeffco (starting January 24th)

 Family Accepts Offer thru Enroll Jeffco
 Officially Enrolled & Scheduled - confirmation email sent
 Orientation at Start of Semester - full-time applicants only
