~ MAP TESTING THIS WEEK ~

JVA will be doing MAP testing remotely again this year.

The purpose of the MAP Assessment is to identify a student’s achievement, academic growth, and current instructional level in Reading and Math. It is important for us to see where your student is academically within these classes, so please do not help your student with the content of these assessments.

When:

• Reading (required for all students taking English with JVA grades 6 – 10) August 31st anytime between 8:00-2:00 starting on the hour
• Math (required for all students taking Math with JVA in math classes between Math 6 – Geometry) September 2nd anytime between 8:00-2:00 starting on the hour

Where:

• At the time of your student's test, students will go to: https://test.mapnwea.org
• Login information will be posted in the Schoology Advisement Group and the JVA Schoology Student Group on test day
