Virtual Fall Conferences are Thursday, October 8th from 6-8pm!  This is not a face-to-face event.  The link and directions below will direct you to our online scheduling tool, PTCFast, which will allow you to select teachers and times for phone calls and/or video chats with your student's teachers.  If you are unable to virtually meet with a teacher during this two-hour window or if there are no remaining time slots for the teacher with whom you wish to talk, please contact the teacher to schedule a meeting for a different time.

Step #1 - Go to:

Step #2 - Select staff members you would like to make an appointment with & select Submit.  Don't know your teacher's names?  Click here to see how to view your student's schedule where teacher names are listed.  Don't see a teacher listed?  Contact him/her directly to set up a time - Staff Directory

Step #3 - If asked if you have one or more students, answer questions for your situation & select Done.

Step #4 - Enter you and your student's information, please include your phone #, and select Submit.

Step #5 - Access the "Select Date/Time for your Conference" link sent via email (check spam). The subject line will read, "Select Date/Time for Teacher Conference Now". 

Step #6 - Select your meeting times, register for additional conferences (if desired) & select Confirm Selections and Exit.

Step #7 - Review your confirmation email & VIEW HOW YOU CONTACT TEACHERS UNDER "LOCATION" (or how they will contact you).

Directions to cancel or reschedule your appointment, are provided in your confirmation email as well.
